- Carrying and consuming of outside food/hazardous goods is strictly prohibited.
- Management will not hold itself responsible for any loss, damage to guest or his luggage by negligence, pilferage or use of electrical, mechanical appliances or natural calamity, etc.
- Parking is a facility and is subject to availability in case if parking is full then management is not responsible for alternate parking. management is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicle parked in hotel premise.
- Management ensures to give correct information on website but will not hold itself responsible if any error or variation occurs.
- Hotel Will Absolutely not be responsible for any disparity or variation in room images, information, schemes offers, payments, refunds or any form of commitment etc for booking created through any travel Company / Portal Online or Offline, etc.
- Management reserves absolute right to admission and right to alter hotel policy and shall be in force with retrospective effect.
